Although we had to drive 2 1/2 hours, it was totally worth it. Kristen was the Best. She stayed in constant contact with us the whole time our car was in the shop. When she was busy, Stephanie answered all our questions. We felt totally comfortable with the two of them looking out for our interest, even with our insurance company. Kristen fought for us with our insurance sending emails until she got a response, cc-ing us on all emails. What a service they provide. Thanks again, Kristen and Stephanie!!"
